I am looking for an estimate for painting my ceiling in a downtown loft environment. The surface is exposed cement, and there are a number of pipes present as well (copper, PVC, black painted piping, HVAC tubing, etc.) I also want to bring the black paint down the top 20" or so of the walls. The space is around 1100 square feet, and the ceilings are just under 13 feet high.

I have 2 bedroom and a bathroom. the one bedroom and bathroom were painted by a friend. He taped the ceiling and when he took it off, the ceiling paint came with it. I just would like that cleaned up. The other bedroom needs some fixing of the paint job as well. There is not a clean line for the ceiling and there is some sanding and spackling needed. Thank you.
